This gentle stretch workout is suitable for all fitness levels and body types. Standing (45 min.) and Floor (15 min) components.

This is an age reversing workout to relieve stiffness and release tension. The movements are great for those who are starting to exercise after a sedentary period, those recovering from injuries and those who are in pain or suffer from chronic conditions (arthritis, frozen shoulder, sciatica for example).
The focus is full-body mobility with slow, safe pace in order to rebalance all 650 muscles, decrease pain, improve posture, and provide more overall strength and energy.
