Aging Backwards and Unwind for Better Sleep – STUDIO 3:30PM

This gentle workout is comprised of 45 min. Standing and 15 min. Floor components.
Duration: 60 min.
Suitable for all fitness levels
This is an age reversing workout to relieve stiffness and release tension. The movements are great for those who are starting to exercise after a sedentary period, those recovering from injuries and those who are in pain or suffer from chronic conditions (arthritis, frozen shoulder, sciatica for example).
The focus is full-body mobility with slow, safe pace in order to rebalance all 650 muscles, decrease pain, improve posture, and provide more overall strength and energy.
Unwind and soothe your nervous system, calm your mind and body to encourage a good night’s sleep.
