STANDING and FLOOR low impact workout.
Standing components (30min) are designed to release tension in neck and shoulders,
improve posture, strengthen quads/glutes and tone arms.
Floor components (30min) will elevate cardio, improve endurance and work the core.
We finish floor work with stretches to improve range of motion and flexibility.
You will feel energized and stronger.
Bring exercise mat and water bottle.
