Full- Body Stretch and Core Strengthening – Approx. 60 min. Standing and Barre/Chair Workout
Low impact and gentle on the joints.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications will be given to challenge participants to build endurance over the series of classes.
With an emphasis on core strength, this workout also improves posture and body alignment as participants transition throughout various exercises and positions.
