Class Description

STANDING and FLOOR 60-minute low impact workout. Standing components (30min) are designed to release tension in neck and shoulders, improve posture, strengthen quads/glutes and tone arms. Floor components (30min) will elevate cardio, tone the waist, improve endurance and strengthen the core. We finish floor work with stretches to improve range of motion and flexibility. You will feel energized, strong and stretchy.
