I came to Caroline with a significant shoulder injury that was impacting my ability to do essential daily tasks. I could barely lift my arm. After working with Caroline for a few weeks I had massive changes in my pain and mobility. My pain went from a 6 to zero, and my mobility had returned to pre-injury.
