Essentrics is a dynamic low-impact full-body workout suitable for men and women of all fitness levels. The program draws on the flowing movements of tai chi, foundational ballet techniques for strengthening and healing principles of physiotherapy.
Because Essentrics is a full-body workout with simultaneous stretching and strengthening, participants work all 650 muscles in the body.
