Essentrics ® Aging Backwards Series

An Aging Backwards® workout is very similar to a general  Essentrics®  workout. The workout is low-impact and draws on the flowing movements of tai chi, foundational ballet techniques and healing principles of physiotherapy. The main difference between Aging Backwards® and Essentrics® is that  it’s done at a slower pace.  These classes also focus slightly more on increasing joint mobility, releasing tight fascia (which takes time to reverse), and improving  balance.
